Gammatic Privacy policy

Last Updated: May 2026

Gammatic LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), operates the Gammatic network node architecture, workstation dashboard, analytics suite, and data interfaces (collectively, the "Platform" or "Terminal"). We are committed to maintaining ironclad data privacy, confidentiality, and security boundaries for our elite circle of network operators.

This Privacy Policy ("Policy") explicitly outlines how we collect, process, isolate, and secure your information when you subscribe, activate a node, authenticate through our control panels, or establish brokerage API handshakes.

By utilizing the Platform, you explicitly consent to the data frameworks detailed in this Policy. If you do not agree with these data structures, you must immediately terminate your terminal access.

1. THE PRIVACY PRINCIPLE: ZERO MONETIZATION

Unlike mass-market retail indicator applications, Gammatic is a premium quantitative utility. We do not sell, rent, monetize, or lease your personal data, execution telemetry, or strategy parameters to any third-party marketing firms, data brokers, or external hedge funds. Your data is isolated, fully encrypted, and processed strictly to maintain your dedicated node connection to the terminal.

2. CORE CATEGORIES OF DATA WE PROCESS

To maintain your node allocation within our strictly capped 250-seat operational structure, we process three distinct categories of information:

A. Operator Account Credentials (Managed via Outseta) When you register a seat, our underlying merchant and membership infrastructure provider (Outseta) securely processes your baseline identity profile, including:

  • First and Last Name.

  • Verified Email Address.

  • Tokenized Billing Records (processed via PCI-DSS Level 1 encrypted channels; Gammatic never stores or sees your raw credit card numbers).

B. Computational System Logs & Security Telemetry To protect our proprietary machine learning features from malicious extraction, safeguard platform alpha, and prevent unauthorized credential sharing, our network servers automatically log:

  • Device Hardware Signatures and Browser Configurations.

  • Approximate Geographic Locations and Incoming IP Addresses.

  • Session Duration, Timestamp Handshakes, and API Request Volumes.

C. Broker-Dealer Endpoint Integrations (API Tokens) To display options chains, Greeks, Net Gamma Exposure (Net GEX), and 0 DTE tracking matrices inside your dashboard layout, you natively hook your account via API keys to your chosen third-party broker (Tastytrade or Tradier).

  • Gammatic only handles the tokenized security authorization strings required to stream the options data packages from your broker to your interface. We do not hold, clear, or view your liquid capital balances, nor do we store persistent logs of your private executions.

3. THE MACHINE LEARNING DATA BOUNDARY (VELO-6 & DURO-7)

Our predictive neural network models run on advanced mathematical data features. We enforce strict data-minimization boundaries regarding Artificial Intelligence:

  • No Operator Profiling: Our machine learning models (Velo-6 and Duro-7) are trained entirely on aggregate public options exchange volume, order book dynamics, and volatility skews. They do not ingest, track, or analyze your personal trading performance to modify their predictive weights.

  • Zero Strategy Storing: Any custom calculations, risk metrics, or tickers you evaluate inside your workstation are processed entirely in transient memory (RAM) and are wiped when your session connection closes.

4. COOKIES AND AUTOMATED METRIC SENSORS

We utilize essential, secure, technical cookies and localStorage tokens to maintain your verified session state across our application frame. These sensors ensure that you do not have to re-enter your encrypted credentials every single time you click between your Market Pulse panel, Heatmaps, or Intel Hub. We do not use third-party cross-site advertising trackers or behavioral targeting pixels.

5. HOW WE DISCLOSE AND ROUTE YOUR INFORMATION

We will only share your isolated data under the following highly constrained, non-commercial operational pathways:

  • Core Infrastructure Subprocessors: We transmit tokenized data to essential partners who maintain our baseline software stability, specifically Outseta (seat authentication/billing) and our secure cloud server hosting environments (Google Cloud Vertex AI / PostgreSQL secure data clusters).

  • Brokerage Handshakes: Data is routed natively between our platform interface and your designated brokerage (Tastytrade/Tradier) to activate your live option charts.

  • Absolute Legal Obligations: We will only disclose personal records if explicitly compelled to do so by a federal court order, a legally binding subpoena, or a mandatory regulatory investigation overseen by authorities operating within Pinellas County, Florida.

6. ENTERPRISE DATA SECURITY PERIMETER

Gammatic implements state-of-the-art corporate safeguards to isolate your account data. All traffic passing into the terminal is guarded by cryptographic Transport Layer Security (TLS) and AES-256 encryption-at-rest protocols. Access to internal database servers is guarded by multi-factor authentication (MFA) and limited strictly to our core development engineers. However, you acknowledge that no data transmission channel across the global internet can be guaranteed as 100% impenetrable.

7. GEOGRAPHIC EXTRACTION & RESTRICTED STATE ZERO-RETENTION

As explicitly detailed in our Terms and Conditions, Gammatic does not accept operators or provision terminal seats within the states of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Illinois, New York, Texas, Utah, and Virginia.

  • If our automated system telemetry detects an operational IP envelope or billing signature mapping directly back to one of these restricted jurisdictions, your connection will be blocked, and any baseline account setup information collected during the automated sequence will be summarily erased from our active databases within 72 hours.

8. USER CONTROL AND ACCOUNT TERMINATION

You maintain complete control over your terminal profile. You can inspect your billing status, modify your contact email, or permanently delete your account profile at any time by navigating directly to your Terminal Control Panel. Upon executing an absolute account deletion request, your historical tracking data, node logs, and session records will be purged from our production servers, leaving only tokenized transaction rows required for corporate tax compliance.

9. AMENDMENTS TO THIS POLICY

As we introduce high-frequency computational iterations—including advanced 0 DTE intraday optimization algorithms—Gammatic reserves the right to adjust this Policy dynamically to reflect updated data structures. When an amendment occurs, we will adjust the "Last Updated" timestamp at the top of this document. Continuing to maintain an active node connection after an update constitutes complete acceptance of the revised data protocols.

10. LEGAL CONTACT CHANNELS

For formal structural inquiries regarding this Policy, data deletion confirmations, or security compliance verification, your communication must be directed to our corporate headquarters located in Pinellas County, Florida, utilizing our secure support desk interface mapped straight to your Gammatic Account Portal.
